If you're trying to access the FTP site, but you're getting the "Page cannot be displayed" error message, you may have to do the following:

  • In Internet Explorer, click the "Tools" menu and click "Internet Options"
  • Once the window opens, click the "Advanced" tab
  • Find the "Enable folder view for FTP sites" option and make sure the checkbox is checked
  • Find the "Show friendly HTTP error messages" option and make sure the checkbox is unchecked
  • Click "OK" to close the options window

    This is a minor bug in some versions of Windows when accessing password protected FTP sites. After you've completed the steps above, you should be able to click the "Refresh" button in your browser to access the FTP site.
